On my old 185s, I threw in a wiseco 12:1 piston, A 200x head, 200x carb 200s bottom end and complete bottom end rebuild and the horsepower increase was massive. Anyway the guy told me it has less than 5 hours on a Wiseco piston and a fresh crank bearing, new set of turf tamers (may come off). Ive never owned a 2 stroke, So i dont know how the lack of torque will work with the extra weight. I have installed a carb off a 85 ATC250R. I bought one and wanted to learn all I can about them before I install it on my 83 ATC250R, will be running the stock 83 pipe. Replacement For Compatible With New Clutch Cable fits Honda ATC 250R 250cc 1981 1982 1983 1984. The stock 83-84 250r came with a 30 mill Keihin carb with a 130 main jet. I am looking for any and all info on the Honda factory 300cc kit they sold for the 81-84 ATC250R's. Ive done some searches and i havnt found much info on my first question. You have never read in the manual that it came with anything other than a 158 stock.
